If you’ve always assumed Honolulu hotels are expensive you may need to think again. There are actually some great bargains to be had, and by doing a bit of research you should be able to bag yourself a great vacation without breaking the bank. Try going online or having a word with your travel agent to see what offers are around at the moment. If you see something you like then you can start picturing yourself on an idyllic island in the sun with nothing to do but enjoy yourself. It’s great to have something to look forward to and it makes all that hard work worthwhile so why not have a look right now and see what you can find?
Honolulu has so much to offer whether you’re alone, with a partner, or bringing the family along. Families are well catered for with amusement parks, zoos, farms, and beach activities where everyone can join in with a game of volleyball or cricket . Food is plentiful too with an abundance of delicious fruit and locally caught fish. It’s got to be better for you than eating too many fries and burgers, and it’s one vacation where you’re guaranteed to come home feeling healthier than when you left.
It’s a good idea to keep any eye out for cheap airline tickets too, and with prices changing all the time you never know when a good deal’s going to come up. If you plan far enough ahead you’ll be able to spot trends, and then swoop on a bargain as soon as it appears. Just think what you can do with all that money you’ll be saving, you can either leave it in the bank to attract interest or you can use it to have a great time on vacation. Either way it’s got to be better than spending it all on expensive airfares.

For every article writer out there, it would be interesting to know how many people there are that think about writing articles but never do. I know I was one of those people for a long time and it was because I didn’t believe that I was capable of producing good quality work. And, with my name being associated with whatever I was writing, there is the issue of pride when putting it out there for the whole world to see. So why did I start to post articles? One thing and one thing only made me take the chance of putting it all on the line and that was my business.
To be completely honest and upfront, I need the traffic for my websites. I don’t have a huge budget and quite frankly I’m not all that comfortable spending thousands of dollars hoping that an email campaign or banner advertisement will generate the huge traffic I need to recoup the costs of such things. In fact, I believe strongly in pay-for-performance programs and, with any luck the advertising community will gradually move towards this idea. Why shouldn’t advertising companies be paid solely on what they do for you? That’s a story for another, so watch for a new article soon!
If you have an online business, article writing is a great way to get your website out into the world-wide-web for no cost other than your time. Keep in mind that it does take time and you need to be patient. I have been posting articles for about 2 weeks now and although I already am seeing results on my new website which went online about a week and a half ago, I’m sure there is a lot more to come. If the trend continues, I expect to see great results because each new article represents a new link on the Internet back to my sites.
So, you ask, what do I do if I can’t write good articles? The answer is the same whether you are good at it or not. Just take the first step. I found it much harder for the first article than for this one. I have written six articles tonight alone and this would have taken me a week when I first started. My point is that you get better with practice, just like anything. A journey of 1000 miles begins with the first step. I’m not saying I am a great writer as I’m sure you can tell. In fact, maybe I am a poor writer but that is okay because I’m not out for the Pulitzer prize.
When you consider that most cost-per-click ad campaigns run anywhere from $0.10 to over $1.00 every time someone clicks on your link, imagine the impact if you write an average of one article a day for a year. That would be 365 links to your site. If you got 1 to 5 clicks on average from each article, that would potentially be worth $180 to $2000 saved per year from pay-per-click advertising. Not only that but your search engine rankings are going to only rise and increase your clicks just from regular old fashioned searches.
If you want your business to succeed bad enough, take the chance and put your name on the line and start writing articles. You have nothing to lose and only much to gain. Keep a slow and steady approach and soon you have so much traffic you might not even need pay-per-click ads.

Picture this: I enter a seminar room filled with seventy hostile supervisors. I have been hired to present on the topic How to Lead Group Meetings. None of them wants to be there.
Their boss introduces me. There is no applause as I step up to the platform. I stand for a moment in silence as I study crossed arms and downturned faces. I say, “I’m here today to teach you The Seven Most Successful Strategies for Skipping Out of Seminars, and you obviously need help in this area.”
Some light laughter. A number of arms uncross. Several faces look up. I list such topics as How to Fake a Note from Your Doctor, Self-Cloning Made Easy and Whine Your Way to the Golf Course. People are sitting up straight now instead of slouching in their seats. Their boss looks nervous, but I have her permission to use this approach.
The laughter softens people up enough for the next step. They choose partners and tell each other what they would rather be doing. More smiles, more faces light up. I then open the floor to discuss what is important to them. Many say they need to learn how to deal with difficult employees, not lead group meetings. Since that is part of the seminar anyway, I start with that topic. They seem much more open and willing now. Ironically, a participant asks, “How do you get a group of grumpy, unwilling people to participate?” All I have to do is stand there with a wry smile on my face and the whole room bursts into laughter.
The rest of the seminar is productive, creative and eye-opening. The boss is relieved. I thank her for trusting me. This is just one example of how humour enhances, and in some cases saves, a speaker’s presentation.
Notice I say “humour” and not “comedy”, because the two are different. I never considered myself a comedian. I was rarely the person telling the latest joke, doing pratfalls, or playing tricks on people. But I did notice that when people laughed, it was because I told a story or made an ironic observation. My early attempts at humour on the platform failed because I thought jokes were the only way to lighten up a group. The truth is, I neither had the talent, time or patience to write a good joke. By honing my innate humor skills first, I eventually built enough confidence to get groups laughing. After many years of researching a variety of humour forms and working with a dozens of speakers, I created a humour personality profile.
Far too often I hear my clients say, “I’m just not funny!” Usually they are trying to be someone else. I believe everyone (given the right circumstances) can make people laugh if they start where they feel comfortable.
I worked with an IT manager whose boss promoted him to sales. His rival was what I call a Demonstrator humorist. She was lively and extroverted, and captivated her listeners with impressions and playing off her audience. My client felt extremely intimated by this style. Yet during our coaching sessions he often made witty observations on the sales process or hilarious self-deprecating remarks. He was more of a Contemplator humorist. I encouraged him to make note of his remarks and use them during his sales talks. As it turned out, even though his style was more low-key than his colleague’s, he won people over with his humility and by remaining true to his own personality.
I also worked with an aspiring keynote speaker who thought she had to be a great storyteller like the Narrator speaker Jack Canfield. Yet she found it challenging to understand story structure and deliver anecdotes with animation. She had a very logical mind and liked to play with words. I suggested joke writing to her. She got Judy Carter’s book The Comedy Bible (Fireside, 2001) and worked up a short stand up act that successfully delivered her material in a light-hearted way.
There are five basic humour styles. Use your intuition to see where your strengths lie. Demonstrators tend to be open, people-oriented, animated, and impetuous. The comedians Robin Williams, Lucille Ball, Jim Carrey, and Carol Burnett all fit this profile. They are good at improvisation, caricatures, impressions, and physical comedy. A good way to enhance these skills is through comedy improvisation classes.
Narrators are warm and people-oriented, but more indirect and diplomatic. Bill Cosby, Mary Tyler Moore, and Johnny Carson fit this profile. Their type of humour is derived from relationships between people. They make good storytellers and do well using audience participation to elicit laughter. Try working through a book such as A Story is a Promise by Bill Johnson (Blue Heron, 2000).
Assertors are natural leaders, task-oriented and direct. The humorists David Letterman, John Cleese, Candice Bergen, and Roseanne all fit this profile. Assertors tend to be attracted to jokes and pointed humour. Look at the Judy Carter book I mention above or try a stand-up comedy class.
Contemplators are task-oriented but more indirect and analytical. Humorists like Steven Wright, Woody Allen, and Ellen De Generes fit this profile. They like witty one-liners, observations, and irony. Like Narrators, they are more low-key, but can just as easily win over an audience with their intellectual style of humour. Work through the exercises in Comedy Writing Step By Step by Gene Perret (Samuel French, 1990) for practice.
These styles, of course, are highly generalized but allow a good overview of how personality affects humour. Most people display qualities of more than one style. This is ideal for a speaker, since you not only want to remain true to yourself but also attract the variety of styles you will find in your audience. When you can easily switch between styles, or better yet, use them all at once, you know you have attained the Holy Grail of all humour styles, which I call the Creator.

Oftentimes, people might have to pick between filing bankruptcy or permitting their mortgage lender to foreclose their house. If monthly or bi-weekly home loan payments are not made, the financial institution will eventually file for a foreclosure on the home. Nothing short of making payments for the mortgage on schedule is assured stop the foreclosure. Home loans are just like automobile loans; if you can not pay your payments you invariably will lose it. It will be very same for anyone who has not paid their home loan; the bank will likely boot the occupants out onto the sidewalk and sell it to recoup their loses.
Insolvency proceedings are a legal act that is filed by a person who is unable to pay his debt. Once bankruptcy is filed, all active civil legal proceedings associated with the home loan will be put on hold. Consequently, a home loan creditor has to terminate every collection action, foreclosure among them. A mortgage company might be given a pass from the required stay, and once it is allowed, may go ahead with the previously mentioned action. Declaring Bankruptcy will not halt foreclosure and you still must repay your loan. Bankruptcy simply makes the process go forward more slowly; it does not resolve the underlying problem.
Although bankruptcy will not obstruct a foreclosure permanently, it could give an individual time to repay the overdue portion or at a minimum it can make it bit less difficult to to repay the home loan. Bankruptcy laws requires a home loan lender to suspend a foreclosure action, a debtor will have a little time to produce the funds to pay back the creditor. It is the final fall back for any home owner to declare bankruptcy when the borrower is totally incapable of to meeting their creditor’s minimum commitments. Under bankruptcy, some debts will in all probability be discharged but the loan on the home will not. The home loan borrower has to be willing to repay the real estate loan within the mandated time as the debt is secured by real property. In addition, chapter thirteen insolvency has a schedule of payments that is court ordered, and lets the home owner make payments on his home loan to get caught up on their balance.
Before the consumer can file for bankruptcy, they have to qualify. If they do qualify, there will be legal fees. It might cost the home owner more in legal fees than if they were to simply buckle down and make up the overdue financial commitments on the house loan. If you know somebody that is of the mind that declaring bankruptcy will help to solve the problem, a good attorney will likely be capable of answering any questions. Simply put, bankruptcy is very complicated, the home owner should not attempt to do it on their own.

When you examine the Internet as a whole, it becomes clear that the World Wide Web is an integral part of the global business paradigm. That being said, employers can get in touch with computer programmers in Zimbabwe or an Internet Technology professional in Bombay with the simple click of a mouse.
This ability to reach out and hire someone has modified the way companies can conduct business. For one, it does not require them to keep a full staff of professionals, thereby reducing overhead costs. If a company needs someone with specialty in a certain area, they can just get out on the web and find that particular person. With human resources becoming such a fluid mode of hiring in certain sectors, someone needed to come up with a place where outsourcing software could be easy, convenient and accessible to everyone.
These websites have allowed people to market themselves in a variety of ways. For instance, the site www.rentacoder.com has a network of businesses that specialize in outsourcing software. There is a diverse group of freelance professionals all over the world that are ready to bid on projects. Not only does the business get to outsource a particular project, but the price can also be kept down. This leads to significant savings. If you navigate around the site you will find plenty of outsourcing software testimonials and data proving the successful nature of www.rentacoder.com.
Internet marketing is made easier with www.elance.com as well. This site makes outsourcing software easy. It is simple to navigate, enrollment costs are low and there are a variety of value-added services that come with membership. Software experts and businesses looking to employ them are plentiful.
The multipurpose website www.guru.com is another entry into the outsourcing software virtual marketplace. In fact, this site has a more diverse web of categories to choose from. Instead of just computer and software related projects, www.guru.com allows you to find writing, editing, and photography, and broadcasting, business consulting, legal, sales, marketing, and other projects. The website is well-designed and provides a ton of information on the freelance sector.
As the Internet continues to extend its reach further into the policies of American corporations, the trend of outsourcing software and other services will continue to increase. The age of information is here and it is only going to grow in size and scope.

This is a very difficult decision for any physician and partially boils down to this or her own personal ideology and comfort level.
Hospital-based physicians will almost always be better off outsourcing because of the office related expenses that they would not otherwise incur. As the owner of medical billing service you may think I’m naturally biased towards outsourcing. I can assure you that this is not the case.
Physicians who are overly controlling, uncomfortable or mis-trusting toward billing services are nearly impossible to administer. I don’t want anything to do with those types of physicians but I completely respect and understand their point of view. Setting all ideology aside I would like to delve into the pros and cons of this difficult and complicated decision.
I am a physician who is very interested in the business aspect of medicine and I do not mind spending my valuable time managing the medical billing aspect of my practice.
Clearly, the best way to do your billing is to do it personally. Obviously, doing it yourself is probably not an option but if you’re willing to spend the time and have the interest I would recommend that you do your own billing. Keep in mind that most billing service owners and certainly our employees have limited medical backgrounds. Physicians who study CPT, regularly attend billing seminars and keep up to date on industry changes are the ultimate medical billing gurus in my view.
I am a physician who has absolutely no time or interest in the medical billing aspect of my practice. I am completely reliant upon my office manager and billing staff.
Unfortunately, most physicians are in this position. Even if they were interested in keeping up with all the changes and elements of medical billing the practical reality is that there is absolutely no time. Let’s face it; time is your most valuable asset. It’s sort of like mowing your own lawn. You’d be way better off financially seeing patients for three hours on Saturday morning. I believe the following information will dramatically help with your decision to outsource your billing or continue to do it yourself and with future decisions in the ever-changing business aspect of medicine.
The pros and cons of outsourcing your medical billing services.
I would like to preface this article with a couple of obvious but important points. If you have a system of controls, keep an open mind about the competence of your office manager, you’ve got an excellent computer system, proper information systems and your office is doing a superb job at collecting your money, then by all means do not make any changes. Conversely if you’re planning to outsource your billing make sure you hire quality firm. I’ll spend some time at the end of this article discussing this further.
Most leading experts agree that it costs about 4.5% of net collections to perform the billing function within a physician’s office. Incidentally, this is close to my actual cost as well.
Theoretically, a billing service should be able collect more money than a physician’s office because it is our core competency. The question is how much more? This is why I focus on how to choose a billing service at the end of this article.
The numbers
A. Lets just do the math in a theoretical model.
We’ll base our numbers on a practice whose total gross receivables are $100,000 per month. Obviously, this is an overly simplistic model designed to quantify the aggregate cost and or opportunity cost of the medical billing component only.
Current Aggregate Billing Expenses
In-house expense
Total gross revenue $100,000
Current billing expense $4,500
(4.5%) —————
Net Revenue $95,500
Outsourced Billing Expense
Total gross revenue $100.000
Current billing service exp. $7,000
(7.0% net collections) —————
Net Revenue $93,000
Net cost increase with outsourcing = $2,500.00
As you can see in this,” all things being equal” theoretical model your practice would incur a $2,500 decrease in net revenue with the implementation of a billing outsource strategy. Keep in mind that this model does not address other less tangible issues such as your reduced payroll, computer expenses, ect. In reality the net cost could be substantially less than $2,500. Many physicians will perceive this as a small price to pay while others will consider it to be cost prohibitive.
5% theoretical increase in gross revenue with outsourced billing
Total gross revenue $105,000 (5% increase)
Billing service expense $7,350
(7% net collections) —————-
Net revenue $97,650
$95,500 – $97,650 = $2,150.00 increase in net revenue.
As you can see from this model with a 5% increase in collections your net revenue will increase $2,150.00 with the added expense of the billing service. Keep in mind that a 5% increase in gross collections is actually quite conservative and should easily be obtainable by quality billing service.
Intangibles
B. A billing service should be able to provide you with a substantial reduction in your day-to-day aggravations such as practice management software issues, fewer employees, hassle of hiring competent employees, less health insurance, less training, ECT..ect. Conversely you will however lose some control over your practice. If the billing service does not collect more money your expenses will increase. It’s up to you to determine whether or not the increased expense is offset by decreased aggravation.
security
C. A billing service should be able to increase your security levels by creating a system of checks and balances. As a former police officer I can assure you that crime statistics indicate most embezzlement/fraud/theft occurs from within. During an investigation a store manager for Sears and Roebuck Co. once told me,” our customers take it out piecemeal but our employees take it out in wheel barrels” This logic also applies to a doctor’s office. A billing service can provide an extra layer of protection because there is a system of independent checks and balances. Typically billing services are fairly large businesses with strict internal controls. My organization Medi-Bill Inc. Operates internally similar to a banking institution with the way we handle funds. It is highly unlikely that the ownership of a reputable medical billing firm would risk the consequences of committing fraud against a client.
Conversely, the issue once again boils down to control. Many physicians are understandably quite unsettled at having their checks and correspondence mailed directly to the billing service. Further compounding this dilemma is,” what will happen to the checks and correspondence after the billing service agreement is terminated?”(Again, we will discuss alternatives to this at the end of the article)
Technology
D. State-of-the-art practice management software is an extremely expensive investment. If you’ve already invested in a high quality computer system I do not believe outsourcing your billing would make much sense financially unless your computer vendor is charging outrageous support fees. If you’re considering purchasing a computer system or a medical record management system my favorite vendor who we’ve been working with for over 15 years is Office Management Solutions (OMS) based in Tampa Florida. The owner’s name is John Peake and he is by far the most honest and reputable computer vendor I have ever worked with. OMS can be reached at 813-963-5582 or www.oms-online.com.
If you need to update your system, purchase a new system or your support fees are getting out of hand this may be an opportune time to consider outsourcing your medical billing services.
Financial security
F. Many physicians, for obvious reasons do not want their office managers/staffers to have any in-depth knowledge of how much money the practice is making. A reputable and properly run billing service can create this level of financial security. The best case scenario is for your staffers to only see your expenses and have only a limited understanding of the revenue being generated. This can also be accomplished internally by making and recording your own deposits. If you’re going to do your own billing I must emphasize the importance of financial security. You must create a system of financial security. If you don’t have the time to personally open your mail and make the deposits you are definitely a candidate for outsourcing. Many banks offer a “lockbox” where you can direct your checks and correspondence. Bank lockbox services are generally quite pricey. They usually charge about .25 per copy. You may also opt to take out your own P.O. Box located adjacent to your billing company. This way you still maintain control of your checks and correspondence.
Collection agencies
G. Many billing services own or have affiliate relationships with collection agencies. You’ll most definitely want to avoid this situation. Make sure your billing service provides you with a monthly report containing proper information on delinquent accounts enabling your office manager to properly send the information to a collection agency of your choice. In my opinion billing services that own collection agencies or establish close affiliate relationships with them are unethical and should be avoided at all cost. Even though it is nearly impossible to find a collection agency that does not have relationships with medical billing services the point I’m trying to make is to be sure that your billing service is independent and you have the freedom to select a collection agency of your choice. This relationship presents a scenario whereby the billing service can simply go after the easy to collect accounts and allow the more difficult but still collectible ones to slip into the hands of a collection agency who obviously charge a much higher percentage of collections. Again, it’s easy to see how a billing service can facilitate or erode your sense of control. The most reputable collection agency I’ve dealt with is a company called Collection Information Bureau (CIB). I’ve been doing business with them for years and they have never attempted to establish an affiliate relationship with my company. CIB can be reached at 1-800-231-3514, contact sandy Lopez.
Different types of billing services
There are three different types of billing services.
* Fee per claim
* 50/50
* Full service
Fee per claim billing services charge a flat rate per claim. The fees generally range between $1.25 to $5.00 per claim depending upon the services provided.
Advantages:
May be helpful to a brand-new practice who is not fully implemented a computer system or is still trying to decide whether to outsource.
Practices with old or outdated computer systems
Relatively inexpensive cost per claim
Excellent for practices who have a problem with only one particular payer group such as Medicare or payers that require electronic claims submission
Physicians planning to retire within one year
Highly flexible
Low-volume practices
less employees
Disadvantages:
* Expensive for high-volume practices
* Poor integrity of accounts receivable
* Lack of information systems
* Lack of control
50/50
50/50 billing services install computer terminal/terminals in your office. The billing service performs part of the billing process while your office performs the other. As you can probably tell from my list of disadvantages this is in my opinion the least desirable type of billing service.
Advantages:
Less expensive than full-service billing services
Avoid the purchase of practice management software
Creates a system of checks and balances
less employees
Disadvantages:
* High set up fees
* Low accountability from the billing service
* Lack of control
* Communication Problems(all collection problems will be blamed upon your office)
* Your staff will still probably wind up doing most of the work
* Completely reliant upon the Internet
* Loss of data
* HIPPA issues
Full-service
Advantages:
completely remove the billing process from your office
symbiotic relationship
avoid expensive computer system
system of checks and balances
less employees
Disadvantages:
expensive
loss of control
patient relations
collection agency relationships
Should I outsource my billing checklist: If you answer yes to most of the following questions then you should probably consider outsourcing?
Is your overall collection rate declining?
Is your accounts receivable too high?
Are you experiencing an increased number of denied claims?
Is your overall frustration level regarding your billing/business office very high?
Are you facing a major capital investment in new hardware or software?
Are your computer support fees to high?
Are you having a difficult time keeping or hiring experienced billing staff?
Are you spending too much time on the business aspect of medicine?
Are you concerned that your staff or office manager has knowledge of your income?
Are you completely reliant upon your office manager?
Are you planning to expand your practice?
Do you believe that your practices cost structure is too high?
Do you have several employees performing tasks that could be handled by a single more experienced manager?
Is your computer system obsolete?
Are hardware, software, and information technology disrupting the operation of your practice?
How do I select a billing service?
1. The service should fit or complement the size of your actual practice. Try to get a basic idea of the size of the firm. A solo practice will most likely have greater success with a small to medium-sized billing firm. Obviously, a solo family practitioner would probably not be very well served by a publicly traded firm.
2. Avoid long-term binding contracts. You should be free to terminate your agreement any time within 30 days written notice. The agreement should clearly specify what each side will do for the other. Make sure the agreement assures that upon termination you’ll receive a highly detailed account receivable report [listed by individual patient] .
3. Ask for references and call the other providers!
4. Inquire/investigate the actual owner of the company. Ask to speak with the owner directly.
5. Avoid firms who offer too many different types of service. Medical billing is a very highly specialized field. Companies who offer, collection agency services, payroll, financial consulting, tax consulting, malpractice insurance, marketing services etc. etc. are not in my view focused enough on what they’re there to do. Collect your money!
6. Ask other physicians. Keep open mind about this one because physicians who are happy with their billing company do not necessarily want them to grow and generally like to keep a low profile on this issue.
7. Is the billing service for sale? Try to ascertain whether or not the firm has recently been sold. In your contract/agreement you should request to be notified within 30 days of the pending sale. In my experience billing services are constantly being bought and sold. Sometimes the acquisition is a positive thing but quite often the merger/acquisition can be very detrimental. You should at least be notified and given ample time to make a proper decision on whether you’ll stay with the new firm or select another.
8. Where will your checks and correspondence be mailed? This delicate and important issue need not be as complicated as it appears. Many physicians for obvious reasons are reluctant to allow checks and correspondence to be forwarded directly to their billing service. Some reputable, high-quality billing services will not even provide services to clients who insist upon having the checks and correspondence mailed to them directly. I’d like to spend a few moments on this important issue and explain the ramifications of exactly where your checks and correspondence will be mailed. Maintaining the integrity of your accounts receivable is crucial! If your office routinely fails to properly mail copies of checks and correspondence to your billing company your practice could be in grave danger of losing control of the accounts receivable. If your account receivable is to maintain any semblance of financial integrity it is crucial that billing service employees do not spend valuable time and effort following up on claims that have already paid and not properly forwarded to them. Understandably, your service may even look upon this as an intentional effort to reduce their commissions. Again, bank lock boxes provide a sound alternative to this dilemma. Some practices solve this problem by directing all checks and correspondence to a P.O. Box keeping EOB’s separate from other corporate mail. The checks and correspondence are mailed to the billing service,” unopened” biweekly. This is an excellent compromise and creates a system of control. There are many other possible options but the important point to remember is that ONE entity must be completely responsible for the validity and integrity of your EOB’s.
9. Make sure all checks and correspondence are issued under your tax identification number and made payable to you! Make sure your contract/agreement specifies that the billing service will not countersign or attempt to countersign your checks and correspondence.

On the assumption you haven’t got the picture on betting house risks and opportunities, please continue to read…
Generally speaking a gaming room is a building that offers gaming. Here, patrons are encouraged to bet by operating the coin operated machines or a slew of other wagers. Betting room games mainly have mathematically calculated balances built in which maintain that the house reserves dominion above the betting devotees.
Far too many betting house games may cause you to get hooked very swiftly. Let’s reflect on the standard slot-machine, a cash operated instrument with 3, sometimes more cylinders which circumvolve if a lever affixed to it is tugged. The machine routinely will pay up based on a row of emblems observable on the front panel of the machine. Regrettably, betting establishment pastimes suggest the false impression of mental power, deluding the gambling buff – the victim is awarded alternatives, but in reality these can’t realistically nix the patron’s overall odds. This is induced by the casino never paying out the full wager as expected. This pattern can often be seen at work in famous casino games such as five card stud, dice games, roulette or blackjack.
Blind Poker is undeniably a highly trendy casino game. The patrons, religiously guarding their partially screened hands, wager into a central pot which is then bestowed onto the last punter enjoying the best combination of cards. (Obviously, the best bluffing hand can easily win)

Resembling Texas hold’em, blackjack is also an immensely popular casino game. A considerable portion of its popularity is grounded in its particular mix of chance and proficiency and decision making, not to mention a system termed card counting. It is an approach by which gambling enthusiasts are in a position to actually bend the winning odds of the game to their personal advantage by both wagering and procedural opetations based on the hands dealt.
“Craps” is another well-known casino pastime using the roll of two dice. Visitors can place the stakes on the score of one spin, or on a sequence of spins on two dice. Dissimilar to blackjack, there can’t be a proven winner betting system people could employ to beat the odds.
Roulette is an incredibly popular game in which a croupier spins a roulette wheel that incorporates a set of thirtyseven (in the case of French roulette) or, alternatively exactly thirty-eight (applies to American or Vegas roulette) distinctively marked chambers in which a white ball must settle, determining the winner Assuming that the participant has placed a chip on any given number which hits it i.e. it’s their lucky day, the payout will be thirty five to one, the initial stake proper is rebated. Therefore in totality it is increased by thirty-six.

I am currently in the process of saving to purchase a new bike off a friend of a friend of mine for $4500. I am so close to my goal it is not funny. I had also recently purchased a new car of a friend. I had sold my learner bike a few months ago and I recently started to get withdrawal symptoms from not having the bike. Luckily, the person I sold my bike to is a close friend and I am still able to borrow the bike for rides from time to time. After spending money on the new car and trying to save to purchase the bike I realised that I needed to find a way to earn some easy money. Then I remembered search engine optimisation Melbourne was a fast way to earning more money. Search engine optimisation redirects more traffic to any specific website by generating more external links that point to the original web site being optimized with search engine optimisation. This process directs more people to the website, and the possibility of getting more sales, which also hopefully means increases sales and profits. The more work and effort I spend into search engine optimisation, hopefully means that I will be able to generate more profit. Therefore I can save the necessary cash I need to purchase the bike of my friend’s friend.

Do you find yourself worn out by trying to attract new clients into your coaching practice? One obvious way to add stability to your coaching practice is to regularly engage in activities that bring new clients to your door. However, this is not the most effective… by a long shot.
Attracting new clients into your coaching practice can be one of the most time-consuming, energy-intensive and money-draining activities you can be involved in. Sure it needs to be done but you don’t need to do this exclusively to build your own successful coaching practice.
So what’s better?
Well, look a little closer to home. Look at the clients you already have in your coaching practice. You’ve already taken the time, effort and expense to bring them to your door. You’ve built a relationship with them such that they trust you enough to do business with you. Ask yourself: what else can you be offering them?
This is a crucial concept known as the backend. This is what you sell to clients after they come into your coaching practice.
Here are a few examples:
You have a client who comes into your coaching practice for a month. You upgrade them later to a 6 month coaching program that deals with specific areas of their life.
You have a client who initially comes to you for coaching on a regular basis. You then deliver a seminars or teleseminars that deliver useful content for them at a fee. You win and they win.
You have a client who started coming to you for coaching. You find ancillary products and services that you know will be of benefit to them. For example, where appropriate, I offer some clients a Website Package so that they can have a competent presence on the Internet for their coaching practice.
The key here is to ask yourself the question below:
What else can you make available to your existing clients?
Here are some points to think about:
1. Your products and services – What products and services do you have that would be useful to your existing clients? What products and services could you add to your practice to give you more possibilities in this area?
2. Other’s products and services – What products and services do you know of that would be useful for your existing clients yet are provided by others? Is there a way that you can ethically benefit from recommending these products and services?
3. Timeframes – Think of what your client needs before, during and after they come into your coaching practice. Are there any ways that you can increase the potential for transactions in your coaching practice during each of these timeframes?
I hope that this article has got you thinking about the possibilities you have for extending the number of ways that you can further stabilize your coaching practice from your existing clientele.
Remember that it is much easier to continue to do business with existing clients than it is to search for new clients and keep making small, one off transactions.
